Miranda qualified with honours from the University of Cambridge in 2001.

Following a period in small animal practice she joined AndersonAbercromby in 2007 and was awarded the RCVS Certificate in Small Animal Surgery in 2010. She is currently studying for the RCVS Diploma in Small Animal Surgery.

Outside work her main interests are her horses (she is an accomplished dressage rider) and her dogs.
